Our Mission

Communication Link

 The Communication Link refers individuals with disabilities who have difficulty communicating to Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Speech and Hearing Department. Individuals may be evaluated for a communication system to meet their individual communication needs. The Arc works collaboratively with the person, their family, providers, agencies, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Speech and Hearing Department.
