Our Mission

Community Events

The Arc of Indiana County actively participates and sponsors community events.  The Arc of Indiana County provides information booths at Indiana County events including the Family Fun Fest, Stand for Children, Abilities Not disAbilities Showcase, Deaf Awareness Day, and the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce Expo.  We have business card size magnets with The Arc name and address at the top.  We encourage the children to decorate the magnets with stickers, markers, etc.  While the children decorate their magnets, we tell parents/families about our programs and encourage them to take and complete the “Emergency Information Cards” and put the cards on their refrigerator with the magnet their child is making.
